This year I spent the summer holiday here,in the beautiful Valencia,that I discovered young,friendly and rich of amazing murales. I am dressed fresh and comfortable to enjoy step by step details of colorful city.

Clochinas(piccoli mitili succosi) in un brodo piccantissimo.I  buongustai raccomandano di bere il brodo con un guscio vuoto...dimenticavo questo storico locale( esiste dal 1900) si chiama 'La Pilateria' ed a Valencia è il re di questo piatto!


Clochinas(small juicy mussels) in a very piquant broth.Gourmets recommend to drink the broth with an empty shell...i forgot this storic bar(existed since 1900) is called 'la Pilateria' and in Valencia is the king of this plate.
